A year-long experience (with the option to renew for a second year) for teachers who stay after their two year TFA commitment, to become deeply rooted in LV, and to gain the knowledge and skills that will allow them to grow as educators centered on student excellence.

Our solution addresses the gap between what students need and receive at schools and what they actually get to thrive in life after school.
 

Retaining teachers, specifically high impact educators in low performing schools
 

To pilot flex for success. We will determine if redefining the job and structure of school will lead to stronger recruit of teachers that is can scaled over time. A goal is to make learning more appealing with flexible schedules, use of time, and hybrid schedules.

Allow waivers for classes and tests. Eliminate unnecessary ones.

Elevating the state of education, requires a strategic investment to provide reliable funding for every educator and every student with collaborate efforts and joint partnership with Federal, Local, State, School Board, unions, universities, tech schools, the media, and educators
 

Bring in Community Members to break down the walls of isolation and have students build their sense of belonging and learn through real-world experiences and stories while involving and engaging student teachers/future educators in the learning process

If we rethink how classrooms and student support is structured to involve more community members, it can increase teacher satisfaction and attend to the teacher shortage.
